Job Summary
Manage and execute daily HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement to support organizational growth and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth department functioning
Execute recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding to fulfill manpower needs
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation for compliance and reporting purposes
Support employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and staff development programs to enhance workforce productivity
Assist with payroll processing, leave administration, and other HR-related functions to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
Collaborate with various departments to align manpower planning and recruitment strategies with business objectives
Ensure all HR processes comply with company policies and professional standards
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of relevant HR or recruitment experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders
Excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple HR tasks efficiently
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic HR information systems
Experience in recruitment agency or HR consulting roles is advantageous
