Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations governing the development, registration, and marketing of M&E products for construction building services.
• Strategic Regulatory Guidance: Provide strategic regulatory guidance to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate regulatory considerations into product development and commercialization strategies.
• Regulatory Agency Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, representing the organization during regulatory inspections and audits. Foster positive relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure timely responses to inquiries and requests for information.
• Product Registration: Manage the registration process for M&E products with regulatory authorities, including preparation and submission of documentation, responding to inquiries, and ensuring timely approval.
• Certification Coordination: Coordinate product testing and certification activities with accredited laboratories and certification bodies to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of product documentation, certifications, test reports, and regulatory correspondence, ensuring completeness and accessibility for internal and external audits.
• Labelling and Packaging Compliance: Ensure that product labelling and packaging meet regulatory requirements, including content, format, and language specifications, to facilitate market acceptance and compliance.
• Regulatory Intelligence: Stay abreast of regulatory developments and assess their impact on the organization's products and processes. Conduct regulatory assessments and provide recommendations to management regarding potential risks and opportunities arising from changes in regulatory requirements or industry standards.
• Quality Assurance Support: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and implement processes and procedures that ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments for new and existing products, identifying potential regulatory risks and developing strategies to mitigate them effectively.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product development, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure regulatory compliance is integrated into all aspects of product development and commercialization.
• Customer Support: Provide regulatory support to customers, distributors, and sales representatives, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on regulatory requirements and product compliance.
• Certificate Tracking and Renewal: Maintain a well-organized system for tracking each certificate and ensure regular renewal is conducted in a timely manner to avoid disruptions in product compliance.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
