About the role

This Sales Operations Executive will be managing sell-out operations by overseeing Team Leaders (TLs) and promoters, tracking sales-out KPIs, executing trade activations, and providing regional sales analysis to drive retail performance in the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor sell-out KPIs to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales-out performance and follow up on results with TLs and promoters.
• Manage and coordinate TLs and promoters to ensure effective in-store execution.
• Conduct regular audits on promoters covering attendance, sales performance, product knowledge, and merchandising standards.
• Execute and support trade activations and in-store promotions (e.g. AEON and modern trade outlets), including B2C sales activities.
• Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and promotions.
• Perform regional sales performance analysis for the assigned region, identifying trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, insights, and recommendations for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, trade terms, and operational standards.

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, field sales support, or trade marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Experience managing TLs, promoters, or field teams is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
