Are you passionate about market research, data analytics, and the real estate industry? We are looking for a Senior Executive, Research & Consultancy to join our team and contribute to delivering high-quality market intelligence, feasibility studies, and consultancy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Department in planning, implementing, and managing the day-to-day operations of the Research & Consultancy Department.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis across various real estate sectors.
• Gather market information through surveys, interviews, site visits, and cold calling of real estate agents and property stakeholders.
• Collect, compile, and analyze data, including photographs, videos, and interview records, and produce meaningful insights.
• Support the preparation of consultancy reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Prepare comprehensive market research, feasibility studies, and industry reports, including market assessments, findings, and projections.
• Monitor property market trends, economic developments, regulatory updates, and other factors impacting the real estate landscape.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the Head of Department from time to time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate or any related field.
• Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret market data effectively.
