Kerja Sepenuh Masa Architectural Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 5,000 di Haily Construction Johor - Maukerja

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team at Haily Construction Sdn Bhd, a G7 CIDB-registered main contractor primarily involved in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings.

Working Location: Johor Bahru

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (6 working days)

Job Description

• Supervise daily architectural works, including brickwork, plastering, tiling, waterproofing, painting, ceiling installation, doors and windows, etc.
• Ensure all architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.
• Monitor subcontractors' workmanship and progress, ensuring timely completion of assigned works.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Supervisors, consultants and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
• Conduct site inspections, identify defects and follow up on rectification works.
• Monitor material usage and ensure proper installation according to project requirements.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports and other relevant documentation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Certificate in Building Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural works for residential building projects.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply with a different rate.
• Experience with landed residential or high-rise residential projects will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with architectural drawings, construction methods, finishing works and quality control.
• Able to coordinate subcontractors and monitor site progress independently.
• Good communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to work on a construction site.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
