CLIENT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE CUM SALES

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and customer-focused Client Support Executive cum Sales to join our growing sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients, handling enquiries, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to generate sales. If you enjoy communicating with people, have a positive attitude, and are motivated by achieving targets and earning attractive incentives, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.

Provide professional and friendly support to existing and potential customers.

Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products or services.

Follow up with leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.

Convert enquiries and leads into successful sales.

Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales support.

Record customer information, sales activities and follow-up progress accurately.

Achieve individual and team sales targets/KPIs.

Work closely with team members to achieve company objectives.

Handle customer feedback and resolve basic issues professionally.

Participate in sales campaigns, promotions and company activities.

Requirements

Minimum SPM / equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident speaking to customers over the phone.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsible, hardworking and target-oriented.

Good listening skills and able to follow instructions.

Basic computer and communication skills.
