Job Summary
You will manage classroom and facility access, inspect and report maintenance issues, oversee cleaning and repair work, support school events, and assist with logistics and traffic duties to ensure smooth school operations.
Responsibilities
Open and close classrooms and learning resource rooms to ensure timely access and security
Inspect classrooms, toilets, and school facilities to identify and report faulty equipment or fixtures promptly
Accompany maintenance contractors during pest control, electrical, plumbing, and repair works to ensure proper execution
Monitor cleaning and maintenance work and provide feedback to maintain facility standards
Support school events by assisting with logistics arrangements and performing traffic warden duties to ensure safety and order
Required competencies and certifications
Ability to understand simple English to follow instructions and communicate effectively
Physical strength and good health to perform operational and physical tasks safely
Willingness to undergo on-the-job training provided by the school to acquire necessary skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
No prior working experience required; open to candidates willing to learn and support school operations

Working Hours
Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
Fridays: 7:00am to 3:30pm

Technical & Logistics Support: Provision of equipment, machinery, and on-site manpower for fast, compliant, and safe execution of client projects.
