Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate a team of Site Relocation Coordinators to ensure smooth daily relocation operations.

• Plan and assign daily tasks, manpower deployment and work priorities according to the relocation schedule.

• Oversee asset inventory management, equipment labelling, data verification and Excel database updates.

• Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of relocation documentation, asset tracking records and progress reports.

• Coordinate and supervise relocation vendors, contractors and logistics personnel during onsite activities.

• Manage loading bay arrangements, cargo lift bookings, equipment movement routes and logistics schedules.

• Monitor relocation progress, identify potential delays and resolve onsite operational issues promptly.

• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, access procedures and approved relocation protocols.

• Communicate daily progress, operational issues and resource requirements to the Move Day Operations Lead or Project Manager.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification, preferably in logistics, engineering, operations or a related discipline.
• This is a 10-months contract job.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in site coordination, logistics, facility relocation or project operations.
• Prior team-leading or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and asset inventory management.
• Strong communication, planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
