Location: Jesselton Quay & The Shore Kota Kinabalu

Job Description:

• Attend to residents/owners inquiries service requests and complaints tactfully and ensure they are resolved satisfactory .
• Proactively carry out an inspection on the condition of the building and prepare a report and recommendation for rectification or improvement.
• Responsible for planning, organizing, scheduling and supervise team of admin and maintenance to perform daily task effectively to completion on a priority basis.
• Manages regular communication with the cleaning services, including special needs, schedule changes, and room preparation.
• To carry out any other duties as when instructed by the management from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• At least 2 to 5 years of working experience in the relevant field.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure.
• A good team player, aggressive with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
