Education: SPM, Higher Secondary, Diploma, or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production Control, or related fields.

Technical & Operational Skills:

• Basic knowledge of production planning control (PMC), work-in-progress (WIP) tracking, and job order release.

• Familiarity with purchasing processes, including issuing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for production/packaging materials.

• Experience handling scrap verification, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) tracking, and supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD) monitoring.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) and basic ERP system usage (e.g., SAP, AutoCount, or internal production software).

Core Competencies:

• High attention to detail and accuracy for data verification and reporting.

• Good organizational and time-management skills to support fast-paced daily production schedules.

• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with planners, buyers, production teams, and external vendors.

To print daily SL WIP Summary Report

To verify daily Scrap Listing Report vs actual record and monitor till RMA are receive from Vendor, if applicable.

To assist Planner issue materials requisition and release daily job order to production.

To issue Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order for direct and packaging materials.

To follow-up with supplier for OTD delivery performance

To assist Planner/Buyer and PMC Executive for daily planning activities.

To carry out any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time
