Role and Function of Senior Technician
The role and function of the senior technician service may include but is not limited to:
Manning of Control Room (FCC), where required.
To conduct daily inspections/checks on essential equipment to ensure that they are operating in a satisfactory condition with recording the operating parameters at all times.

To carry out meter reading on operating equipment for energy and water consumption.
To supervisor all maintenance services including planned preventive and reactive maintenance at the Building and conduct regular inspections with term contractors (ACMV system, pest control, fire protection systems, and lift & escalators, etc.) to ensure that the services are carried out to the standard set by the Management.
