Kerja Sepenuh Masa, AI Deployed Engineer (Copilot) – L400 di Beaconsoft IT Pvt Ltd - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced AI Deployed Engineer (Copilot) to drive the adoption and deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Agent Builder, and Copilot Studio across enterprise and public-sector environments.

This is a highly client-facing role for someone who can combine hands-on AI engineering, technical consulting, training, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Basic & Advanced Microsoft 365 Copilot training workshops

• Conduct Agent Builder & Copilot Studio training

• Design, build, test, and deploy production-ready AI agents

• Integrate agents with Microsoft 365 services, enterprise data sources, and connectors

• Support Copilot readiness, configuration, adoption, and change management

• Work directly with customers to identify AI use cases and deliver practical solutions

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site technical guidance

• Develop hands-on labs, workshop materials, reference guides, and best practices

• Ensure all deployments comply with strict security, governance, and data-handling requirements

Required Experience

Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 Copilot Basic & Advanced training

Experience delivering Agent Builder and Copilot Studio workshops

Proven experience building and deploying AI agents using Microsoft Agent Builder & Copilot Studio

Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and Power Platform

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills

Ability to explain AI concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Willingness to work on-site, including secured government facilities

Required Microsoft Certifications

Candidates must hold:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)

• Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals

• Microsoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)

• Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900)

• Microsoft Applied Skills: Build an Agent in Microsoft Copilot Studio

Preferred Qualifications

• Client-facing consulting or training experience

• Experience in secured/classified government environments

• MS-102, PL-200, AI-102 or other relevant Microsoft certifications

• Power Platform, Power Automate, and Dataverse experience

• Knowledge of responsible AI, data governance, and enterprise security

Important: This role requires Singapore Citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain Singapore Government security clearance.
