We are currently interested in connecting with experienced LNG & Energy Trading Legal Consultant to join the Vario hub in Singapore.

The ideal consultant will have experience in the following areas:

• Advising LNG, natural gas, commodity trading or energy businesses on commercial and trading-related legal matters.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating LNG SPAs, gas supply agreements and other energy trading or commercial contracts.

• Supporting LNG trading activities, including spot and long-term transactions.

• Providing legal support to commercial, trading and business stakeholders within LNG or broader energy trading organizations.

• Experience gained within energy companies, commodity trading houses, utilities or leading private practice energy teams.

• Exposure to power, renewables, carbon markets or energy transition projects would be advantageous.

• Qualified in SG or other common law background

• Top international law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast moving, evolving environment.

• Commercial, pragmatic, and solution- oriented approach.

• Engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders across jurisdictions.
