Role Purpose

The Graduate Trainee – Product and Implementation Support will support the Product team in the deployment, configuration and ongoing support of RinggitPay's digital payment solutions. The role provides an opportunity for fresh graduates to develop practical knowledge of payment systems, merchant onboarding, product testing, implementation processes and technical support within the FinTech industry.The successful candidate will work closely with the Product, Technical and Client Success teams to assist with implementation activities, address product-related enquiries and ensure that assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timelines

Key Responsibilities

1. Product and Application Support

· Assist in providing first-level support for RinggitPay's payment platform and related product features.

· Respond to basic product-related enquiries from merchants and internal stakeholders.

· Assist in identifying, documenting and escalating payment or system issues to the relevant teams.

· Guide merchants on the proper use of available product features and payment functionalities.

· Maintain records of support requests, reported issues and their resolution status.

2. Product Implementation and Merchant Onboarding

· Assist with merchant onboarding, account setup and configuration of RinggitPay's payment solutions.

· Support the setup and testing of payment links, payment pages, payment forms and other applicable payment features.

· Coordinate with internal teams to obtain the information and requirements needed for implementation.

· Monitor implementation progress and follow up on outstanding requirements.

· Assist in conducting post-implementation checks to ensure that the payment solution functions as expected.

3. Product Testing and Troubleshooting

· Assist in conducting functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for product features and system enhancements.

· Document test scenarios, results and any discrepancies identified during testing.

· Perform basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to the relevant teams.

· Assist in tracking reported defects and following up on corrective actions.

4. Documentation and Team Coordination

· Prepare and maintain product, implementation, troubleshooting and SOP documentation.

· Maintain support logs, implementation trackers and operational reports.

· Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

· Support product launches, feature rollouts and related operations.

· Perform other product support and implementation duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

· An interest in FinTech, digital payments, payment gateways and technology-driven financial services.

· Basic understanding of software applications, web platforms and digital payment processes.

· Good analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and ability to follow established procedures.

Able to work collaboratively with different teams and manage assigned tasks responsibly.

Added Advantages

· Exposure to technical support, software testing, UAT or system implementation through internships or academic projects.

· Basic knowledge of FPX, DuitNow, e-wallets or other digital payment methods.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and documentation tools.
