Role Description The Sales Engineer – Busduct / Busway Systems role at THREEAXIS is a full-time, on-site position based in Malaysia and Singapore. This role involves supporting sales activities by providing technical expertise on busduct and busway systems for data centers and mission-critical facilities. Day-to-day tasks include preparing technical proposals, conducting product demonstrations, reviewing project specifications, and collaborating with engineering teams to design compliant and optimized power distribution solutions. The Sales Engineer will engage with clients and consultans to understand their requirements, deliver technical presentations, respond to RFQs, and assist with site visits and technical clarifications. The role also includes coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, timely delivery, and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Engineering and technical solution design skills related to busduct and busway systems.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
• Ability to provide Technical Support, including troubleshooting, system configuration guidance, and on-site technical assistance.
• Effective Communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of power distribution systems for data centers, industrial facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations in electrical installations and busway systems.
• Proficiency with CAD tools and basic electrical design software is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Prior experience in the Singapore or regional APAC market for electrical or data center infrastructure is beneficial.
