About the project

A pharmaceutical company in Singapore is redesigning two roles so that AI takes on the right tasks. In an early-November workshop, the role holders break their work down task by task. They sort each task into one of three groups: work AI can do, work AI can support, and work that should stay with people.

The company now needs someone to test which of these use cases can be built as AI agents in its own environment, and then to build the priority ones. TribusAgile is engaging that person directly.

The Client's AI Environment

The company uses enterprise ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot and an in-house platform for building AI agents. You will work inside these tools and the company's AI policies. You will not bring in outside AI tools or move client data out of the approved environment.

Phase 1: Feasibility assessment (from mid December or January)

An estimated 3 to 5 days, spread over two to three weeks. The final effort will be agreed once the use cases from the workshop are known.

•     Review the company's AI tools, policies, data access and agent-building platform, including a meeting

with their IT team.

•     Test each use case hands-on. Decide which tool fits best (ChatGPT, Copilot or a purpose-built agent)

and build a quick prototype where that helps the judgement.

•     Rate each use case as workable now, workable with changes, or not workable, with brief reasons. Flag

any use case that may need formal validation because it touches regulated quality processes.

•     Write a short assessment with a clear recommendation on whether to proceed and which use cases to

prioritise.

Your findings will feed into the company’s wider AI readiness and role redesign work.

Phase 2: Agent build and handover (January to February 2027)

An estimated 6 to 10 days, depending on how many use cases go ahead. Typically this means two or three priority use cases.

•     Build the agents on the company's in-house platform.

•     Test them with the role holders and adjust.

•     Document each agent and hand it over to the company's team.

Phase 2 will be agreed in writing before work starts and will not exceed the agreed number of days.

What you must have

•     A proven record of building and deploying AI agents for clients in enterprise environments, for

example Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT Enterprise (custom GPTs, actions and connectors) or similar

agent-building platforms.

•     At least two client projects where agents you built went into real use. We will ask for a referee for each,

and for a short walkthrough of one at interview. Client names can be withheld.

•     The ability to pick up an in-house agent-building platform quickly and work within its limits.

•     Self-employed status. You work under a contract for service, through a business registered in

Singapore (sole proprietorship, partnership or company with a UEN), or you will register one before

the contract starts.

•     The right to provide services in Singapore as a self-employed person. TribusAgile cannot sponsor a

work pass.

•     Availability from mid-November 2026, Singapore working hours, and occasional on-site meetings.

•     Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement and complete the client's supplier and IT security

onboarding.

What will help

•     Experience in a regulated industry, ideally pharmaceuticals or healthcare.

•     Working knowledge of Singapore’s Model AI Governance Framework, including the frameworks for

generative AI and agentic AI, and the PDPA

•     The ability to explain technical points to HR and business leaders in plain language.

•     Professional indemnity insurance.

How the engagement works

This is a contract for service, not employment. You decide how to do the work so long as the agreed outcomes are met, invoice TribusAgile for the days worked, and are responsible for your own tax, CPF MediSave contributions and insurance. Work is capped at the number of days agreed in writing.
