Job scopes

• Campaign orchestration (automation configuration, coordination of marketing campaigns).
• Collaboration with other team members to confirm the campaign’s feasibility and translate marketing strategy and requirements into business requirements.
• Review and interpretation of campaign requests.
• Configuration of target audiences through segmentation models
• Troubleshoot on campaign content creation, personalization, dynamic content, and URL issues.
• Build registration pages via On24 for webinars, collaborating with webinar owners to receive and implement content
• Attend client webinars in a background support role to enable the sessions
• Manages client and team expectations throughout delivery; flags risks and issue escalations related to the campaigns.
• Collaborate with platform integrations
• Collaborate with team, clients, business partners in Korea, including discussions requiring Korean (reading and speaking)

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any equivalent
• With 2-4 years of experience in marketing which may include campaign management, marketing service provider, marketing agency, and marketing operations.
• Experience with one or more leading marketing automation vendors, e.g., Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Responsys.
• Knowledge about email legal compliance
• Korean language proficiency, must be able to work in a business context (minimum TOPIK Level 4 or equivalent) is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with Korean-speaking clients, stakeholders, and business partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate project requirements, communicate project status, and interface with internal and external team members
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with rapidly changing priorities and a high volume of projects.
• Must have client service delivery experience.
