We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist, Merchant Proposition & Ecosystem Solutions to join Group Transaction Banking (GTB) team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product strategy, commercialization, and performance of Cash Management and Ecosystem solutions. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, fintech partners, and ecosystem players to develop innovative solutions, enhance customer value propositions, and strengthen market positioning while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and execute the product roadmap for Cash Management solutions, aligned with the overall Transaction Banking and ecosystem strategy, to increase product penetration and market share
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and product innovation initiatives
• Collaborate with Fintech and Ecosystem Partnership teams to identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners that enhance and expand Cash Management solutions
• Lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial commercial arrangements and sustainable ecosystem collaborations
• Drive co-creation initiatives with ecosystem partners to design and launch innovative solutions that address evolving customer and market needs
• Oversee the seamless integration of partner solutions with existing Cash Management offerings, ensuring a frictionless customer experience
• Work closely with Sales, Relationship Management, Operations, and Technology teams to support successful product launches, ongoing enhancements, and ecosystem integration initiatives
• Manage product budgets and ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and budget
• Drive product adoption through the development of marketing materials, sales toolkits, and training programs for internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments impacting Cash Management and ecosystem solutions
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize product development, commercialization, and ecosystem integration
• Ensure continuous compliance with evolving regulatory requirements and guidelines issued by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), PayNet, and other relevant authorities
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Transaction Banking and/or Cash Management
• Strong understanding of Cash Management products, Transaction Banking solutions, and ecosystem partnerships
• Experience working with Fintech partners, digital ecosystems, or technology-driven financial solutions
• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to develop and execute product strategies
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal and external parties
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of banking regulations, industry best practices, and payment ecosystem developments is an added advantage
