Working Hours

• Monday-Friday (9am-6pm)

Responsibilities

• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
• Check supplier invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Prepare payment vouchers, bank transfers and staff reimbursements.
• Issue customer invoices and credit notes, and monitor incoming payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Record and update financial transactions using Xero.
• Assist with month-end closing, journal entries and account schedules.
• Prepare supporting documents for audits and financial reporting.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers and internal departments on accounting matters.
• Maintain organised financial records and perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of Xero is an advantage; training will be provided.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
