About the Role

  • Assess residents’ needs and develop and implement individualised rehabilitation and physiotherapy programmes to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate residents’ care and rehabilitation plans.

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to Therapy Assistants and healthcare staff.

  • Develop and maintain rehabilitation SOPs, ensuring compliance with HCSA requirements and clinical standards.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and facilitate staff training.

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, research activities, and funded projects in support of organisational objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy.

  • Registered with the Singapore Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).

  • Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in healthcare or eldercare settings.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently.

  • Adaptable and responsive to changes in a clinical environment.
