About the Role

Drive manufacturing excellence by resolving daily production challenges through effective problem-solving and data-driven decision-making. The role focuses on improving process efficiency, product quality, and operational performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and sustain manufacturing processes to improve accuracy, throughput, cycle time, and overall operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process, equipment, software, and production-related issues to ensure stable manufacturing performance.
• Analyze process data, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and maintain process documentation to support product quality and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance process capability, reliability, productivity, and yield.
• Collaborate closely with Process Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and NPI teams to support smooth product transfers into production.
• Support new product introductions (NPI), process qualifications, and production build activities.
• Monitor and evaluate product quality indicators, yield performance, and process trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform recipe creation, setup, and optimization according to engineering requirements and product specifications.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret manufacturing data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to identify root causes, implement effective solutions, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel (formulas, data analysis, reporting), and PowerPoint.
• Experience with AOI systems is preferred; familiarity with CAMTEK AOI equipment will be an added advantage.
• Strong interest in data analysis, process optimization, and ADC algorithm performance monitoring.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant engineering qualifications are welcome to apply.
