Join the opening team of a new 300-pax flagship restaurant and entertainment venue at Far East Square, expected to open in end of October 2026.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily FOH and restaurant operations
Lead, train and manage the service team
Maintain service standards and guest experience
Coordinate closely with the Head Chef
Drive sales, revenue and upselling
Manage P&L, costs and inventory
Plan staff schedules and manpower
Handle customer feedback and service recovery
Ensure compliance with F&B safety and licensing requirements
Support pre-opening preparation and training
Attend training in Shenzhen, China, if required
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
High-volume restaurant experience preferred
Strong leadership and hands-on operational skills
Knowledge of P&L, cost control and inventory
Familiar with Singapore F&B regulations
Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
Able to commence at least 2 weeks before opening
