Key Responsibilities
Write test cases, prepare and create test data, execute test cases, and perform retesting activities.
Leverage in-house GenAI tools for test case creation and enrichment.
Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given timeframe.
Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
Report test results and defects to development teams and stakeholders, and work closely with them to ensure timely resolution.
Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
Monitor and analyze GenAI use cases to ensure performance, data quality, and accuracy.
Establish and refine scalable monitoring processes and key metrics to proactively identify performance trends and potential issues.
Prepare clear reports, management dashboards, and executive updates on GenAI accuracy, performance, trends, and insights for stakeholders and governance forums.
