Job Summary
We are hiring a Resident Technical Officer (Electrical/ ICA) for the Kranji Water Replacement Plant at Kranji MRT. This role requires holding an RTO certificate from IES and involves overseeing on-site project execution.
Responsibilities
Supervise site activities to ensure compliance with the Building Control Act and approved construction drawings
Monitor and verify civil and structural works to meet project specifications and quality standards
Collaborate with the Resident Engineer to identify and resolve site and construction-related issues promptly
Facilitate effective communication with project stakeholders to support smooth site operations
Coordinate with team members to maintain project timelines and uphold quality standards
Required competencies and certifications
Registration with IES as Resident Technical Officer (Civil)
Minimum 2 years of experience supervising civil and structural construction works
Demonstrated communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Contract duration: 4 years
Site address: 10 Kranji Road 739520 (transport pick up and drop off available from/to Kranji MRT)
Working hours: Shift work based on 44 hrs workweek.
