- Minimum SPM.

- Fresh graduates and candidates without CNC machining experience are encouraged to apply.

- Basic understanding of mechanical drawings, measurements, and machining processes is an advantage.

- Willing to learn CNC machine operations, programming basics, and machining techniques.

- Able to use or willing to learn basic measuring tools such as vernier calipers and micrometers.

- Good attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a responsible working attitude.

- Able to follow instructions, work independently when required, and cooperate with team members.

- Willing to work overtime or shifts when required.

- Must be able to communicate in Mandarin. Candidates who can read Chinese are preferred.

- Assist in operating CNC milling and turning machines under the supervision of experienced machinists.

- Learn to set up CNC machines, load materials, and prepare tools for machining operations.

- Assist in reading and interpreting basic engineering drawings and machining specifications.

- Monitor machining processes to ensure products meet required quality standards.

- Perform basic measurements and inspections using measuring instruments.

- Support machine setup, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting activities.

- Maintain cleanliness and proper organisation of machines, tools, and work areas.

- Follow company safety procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality control requirements.

- Assist senior machinists in daily production activities to meet production targets.

- Participate in training and continuously improve technical machining skills.
