The role

You own end-to-end order fulfilment and online sales operations across multiple markets. Every order reaches our customers right and on time. Every warehouse stays stocked. Every number is clean.

You’ll work closely with sales, marketing and operations to support promotions, streamline processes, and improve the online customer experience.

What you’ll do

Customer orders

• Monitor order flows and make sure every online order is fulfilled accurately and on time
• Resolve fulfilment issues quickly (delays, damages, wrong items, returns)
• Reply to all customer emails and online queries within 1 working day

Inventory & logistics

• Keep all external warehouses well stocked, never overstocked
• Calculate top-up quantities based on sales and stock levels
• Arrange weekly or fortnightly stock top-ups
• Coordinate the team for picking and packing lists
• Book shipments and manage relationships with freight and logistics partners
• Send each warehouse advance notice of incoming goods with full shipping details
• Check and verify warehouse invoices

E-commerce & reporting

• Manage our e-commerce platforms and update product listings
• Optimise online merchandising to support promotions and cross-selling
• Prepare weekly and monthly online sales reports
• Track KPIs on shipping, returns and customer satisfaction
• Spot problems, fix processes, keep improving

What you bring

• Experience in Business, Supply Chain, E-Commerce or related field, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Amazon or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills. You turn data into better processes.
• Experience managing logistics providers, marketplaces or e-commerce partners
• Sales sense. You can support revenue growth and campaigns.
• Able to coordinate internal teams and external partners
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail-obsessed, organised, great with time
• Comfortable juggling multiple markets and priorities
• Self-driven and independent in a remote setting
• Bonus: experience in consumer goods or sustainable brands or Bachelor's Degree
