Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable professional to represent our premium lighting and luxury home décor brand. This is a unique, fully indoor role that blends direct customer engagement with digital marketing—comprising 60% retail sales and 40% social media management. This position operates on a fixed-salary structure (no commission) and requires no traveling, making it ideal for candidates who thrive in a stable, boutique showroom environment. Key Responsibilities
Retail Sales & Customer Engagement (60%):
Customer Service:
Warmly welcome and promote our premium lighting and luxury home décor products to walk-in clients.
Sales Guidance:
Guide customers seamlessly through the purchasing process, answering product-related questions and providing tailored recommendations.
Business Development:
Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities and prospects beyond everyday walk-in traffic.
Digital & Social Media Management (40%):
Platform Management:
Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media presence, specifically focusing on Facebook and Instagram.
Content & Engagement:
Create appealing content to showcase our luxury products, interact with online inquiries, and drive digital brand awareness.
General Operations:
Team Collaboration:
Communicate effectively, support colleagues, and work cohesively within a small, close-knit team.
Ad-Hoc Duties:
Assist with other retail and administrative duties as assigned by management.
