About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and be based full-time in Singapore. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Singapore construction/AEC market, an established industry network, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within Singapore’s construction and AEC market.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers and key industry stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming projects and potential client opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and business discussions.
• Understand client requirements and introduce suitable BIM, CAD and digital engineering solutions.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on opportunities and support business conversion.
• Work closely with our business development team in Johor Bahru to develop solutions and follow through on opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development/sales within the construction, engineering, AEC or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of the Singapore construction market and an established industry network.
• Experience or exposure to BIM, CAD, digital engineering or construction technology is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Confident in client-facing meetings and relationship building.
• Proactive, commercially driven and able to work independently.
