• Manage the processing and coordination of sales orders across multiple sales divisions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
• Handle daily order-related requests and transactional activities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve order fulfilment issues and minimise delays.
• Track pending orders, outstanding orders and backlog status, ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate local purchases required to support sales orders.
• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers on pricing and purchasing arrangements.
• Manage COO applications and related sales documentation.
• Prepare and compare supplier quotations and pricing.
• Process cash sales orders and coordinate with Finance on supplier payment follow-up.
• Prepare cash vouchers and CIPL documentation.
• Coordinate goods return processing and follow up on outstanding issues.
• Monitor and maintain records of local indent funds.
• Ensure all order and purchasing documentation is accurate and properly maintained.
• Support the Supply Chain team with other operational and administrative tasks as required.
