About the role

We are seeking a proactive, vigilant, and experienced Site Supervisor & Construction Supervisor to oversee day-to-day building construction activities, manage sub-contractors, and ensure work progress strictly aligns with project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations. The successful candidate will act as the key operational link between Project Engineers, Architects, and site workers, conducting daily site inspections, enforcing Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices, and resolving on-site construction challenges promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations, structural/architectural works, and subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with project drawings and specifications.
• Inspect work quality, workmanship, and materials delivered to site, ensuring full alignment with BCA standards and quality control protocols.
• Coordinate daily manpower allocation, equipment usage, and material deliveries to maintain smooth progress against baseline schedules.
• Enforce strict workplace safety guidelines, conduct daily tool-box meetings, and ensure all site personnel comply with WSH and MOM safety rules.
• Identify site operational bottlenecks, structural clashes, or safety hazards early and report them immediately to Project Managers and Engineers.
• Maintain daily site registers, weather condition logs, labor output records, and site activity reports.
• Assist in coordinating inspections with authorities, resident engineers (RE), and accredited checkers (RTO).
• Manage material wastage, ensure proper site housekeeping, and oversee secure storage of site equipment.

About you

• Specialist Diploma or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience as a Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor, or Works Inspector in residential, commercial, or civil engineering projects in Singapore.
• Registered National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCSS) or certification as a Building Centre Accredited Site Supervisor (NSSS) is highly advantageous.
• Possession of valid Safety Coordinator or Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC / SSSC) certifications.
• Practical understanding of local construction regulations, BCA guidelines, MOM safety rules, and technical blueprint reading.
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills to direct site workers and sub-contractors effectively.
• High resilience and ability to work in outdoor site environments under tight delivery schedules.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
