About the role

As a Retail Sales Associate at Thule Midvalley Megamall, you will be the brand ambassador responsible for delivering a premier, high-touch customer experience. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and supporting the overall retail operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering inquiries and providing product recommendations
2. Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and credit card payments
3. Ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing to customers
4. Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
5. Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional shopping experience
6. Providing excellent customer service and handling any customer inquiries or concerns
7. Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
