Kelayakan

 

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Age 18–35 years old.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and dealing with customers.
  • Able to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, responsible and willing to learn.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in collection, recovery, customer service or call centre is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

 

  • Contact customers via phone to follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Discuss and arrange suitable payment solutions with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor assigned accounts and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally.
  • Achieve individual and team collection targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
