IAM Technical Manager – Privileged Access Management (PAM)

Location: Singapore

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Manager – Privileged Access Management (PAM) to lead the technical delivery of Privileged Access Management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on expertise in PAM platforms, strong technical project delivery experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into secure and practical technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of PAM projects, including architecture, technical requirements, implementation and deployment.
• Act as the technical SME for PAM solutions and ensure alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Design, deploy and optimize PAM components including connectors, session managers, password vaults and privileged session monitoring/recording.
• Support PAM integrations across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash or similar scripting languages to automate PAM-related activities.
• Automate privileged account onboarding, password/credential rotation, reporting and system health checks.
• Troubleshoot PAM issues including PID reconciliation errors, connector failures, session manager failures, session recording issues and access provisioning discrepancies.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, solution designs and implementation plans.
• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of PAM projects and enhancements.
• Manage technical scope, risks, quality and project deliverables.
• Work closely with IT, Information Security, application owners, audit, compliance and external vendors.
• Provide technical status updates, dashboards and reports to management and relevant stakeholders.
• Support audit, compliance and regulatory reviews related to privileged access.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PAM policies, standards and operating procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with leading PAM solutions, such as:
• CyberArk
• BeyondTrust
• Delinea
• Equivalent PAM platforms
• Strong understanding of PAM architecture, deployment and administration.
• Hands-on experience with PAM Vaults, Connectors, Session Managers and privileged session monitoring/recording.
• Proven experience troubleshooting PAM issues, including reconciliation, connector, session manager and access provisioning problems.
• Strong scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Bash or similar.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and specifications.
• 8–10 years of technical project delivery experience, preferably within IAM, PAM, cybersecurity or information security.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with technical teams, business units and senior management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience preparing technical updates, status reports, dashboards and presentations.

Pay: $3,903.87 - $13,500.00 per month
