Roles & Responsibility
Provide general administrative support to the Customer Service and Logistics teams.
Maintain proper filing records and handle correspondence with clients and suppliers.
Perform accurate and timely data entry and maintain relevant records.
Prepare and issue customer invoices/billing documents and ensure billing information is accurate.
Assist with administrative coordination and follow-up with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Perform any other administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
Working experience in an administrative role is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Well-organised, meticulous, and detail-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn, take on new responsibilities, and progress with the company.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
5-day work week.
