Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and hold the team accountable for performance and project deliverables.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team development.
• Drive participant registrations by collaborating with Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations teams.
• Monitor registration trends, analyze data, and implement initiatives to achieve or exceed registration targets.
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes to enhance efficiency and project delivery.
• Research the latest race trends and innovations to develop and evolve race concepts.
• Prepare race concept proposals, including cost estimates and supporting details.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Drive proactive initiatives to achieve KPIs and deliver measurable value to sponsors and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met while optimizing resource utilization.
• Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and project financial reports.

Requirements:

• Must be Malaysian citizen
• Possess Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3 years of related experience, an added advantage if you are in the event industry
• Strong ability in relationship-building and establishing communication lines with key individuals
• Proven ability to establish and maintain customer trust
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
