Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer transactions, operating the POS system and ensuring accurate cash reconciliation.Key Responsibilities
Process customer orders and payments accurately.
Operate the POS system and handle cash, credit/debit cards and other payment methods.
Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
Perform cash counting and reconciliation at the end of each shift.
Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
Handle refunds and payment discrepancies according to company procedures.
Assist with customer enquiries and provide friendly service.
Coordinate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cashier counter.
Assist with daily sales and cash reports.
Follow company SOPs and cash-handling procedures.
Requirements
Previous cashier experience, preferably in a bar, restaurant, nightclub, entertainment venue or F&B environment.
Experience with POS systems is an advantage.
Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
Honest, responsible and detail-oriented.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
