We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-driven Assistant Café Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our elegant French café. Key responsibilities
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the café to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver warm, attentive, and memorable guest experiences.
Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and café presentation.
Support staff scheduling, training, and performance development.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering with suppliers.
Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and courteously.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
Assist in driving sales, achieving operational targets, and improving overall profitability.
About you
Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Passion for hospitality and customer service excellence.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
