Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor and improve overall patient experience and service quality.
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments, treatment progress, feedback and reviews.
  • Handle patient enquiries, complaints and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain patient quality-control records and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Coordinate with therapists and consultants regarding patient care and service issues.
  • Assist with appointment reminders, rebooking and patient retention.
  • Support business development activities, corporate outreach and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Customer Service, Healthcare Administration or related field.
  • Experience in customer service, patient care, sales or business development is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
