Drive end-to-end recruitment and high-volume hiring for a growing technology manufacturing organisation in Singapore.

We are partnering with an established technology manufacturing organisation to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growing workforce in Singapore.

This role will work closely with hiring managers and business functions across the organisation, managing end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting workforce planning and talent attraction initiatives.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on recruitment experience, particularly in high-volume or mass hiring environments, and be comfortable working across different levels of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business functions to understand recruitment requirements and staffing needs.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment and offer management.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Support high-volume and mass recruitment activities across different employee levels.
• Manage candidate data and recruitment pipelines through the Applicant Tracking System.
• Review and refine job descriptions to support effective candidate attraction and sourcing.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to reach relevant talent pools.
• Support and participate in career fairs and recruitment initiatives with relevant external partners and institutions.
• Monitor recruitment activity and provide hiring statistics, reports and market insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure recruitment processes and job advertisements comply with applicable employment legislation and fair employment practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and overall hiring effectiveness.
  
  

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience.
• Experience managing high-volume or mass recruitment, including frontline or operational hiring.
• Experience within manufacturing, semiconductor, engineering, technology or other industrial environments would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and recruitment practices.
• Familiarity with MOM work pass processes and TAFEP requirements.
• Experience working with an ATS and managing candidate pipelines.
• Strong HR reporting and data analysis skills, with good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work with teams at different levels.
• Proactive and organised, with strong attention to detail and a compliance-focused approach.
• Good understanding of recruitment market trends and sourcing practices.
