Ob Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional
- Degree in Building Construction/ Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Singapore construction/ main con/ builder
- Strong in time management Skills
- Ability to work independently and pro-active in the delivery of tasks
- Ability to display initiatives, work under pressure and meet deadline
- Good communication skills
- Responsible for budget estimate, cost checking, preparation of tender submission
- Review specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work and costing structures
- Manage submission works, contractual requirements and VO
- Handle progress claim, progress payment & finalization of accounts
- Carry out quantity take-off for tendering and on-going projects
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Monitor actual construction vs contract work quantity to ensure cost is managed within budget throughout the project
- Assist on project scheduling
- Attend project/site meeting with customer, consultant and vendors
- Salary shall commensurate with qualification and experience
- 5 working days per week
- 5 min walking distance to MRT
