Develop and create floral concepts and arrangements for weddings, events and styled installations, ensuring they meet brand and client expectations.
Manage floral stock, purchasing and preparation of weekly orders while coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely fulfilment and delivery.
Guide and mentor junior florists in daily production and order preparation.
Support on-site floral setup, installation and maintenance at hotels and event venues, including larger-scale arrangements requiring on-site assembly.
Contribute ideas for new floral products, designs and seasonal launches.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of
floristry experience,
with exposure to
weddings and events.
Strong eye for floral styling, colour coordination and overall presentation.
Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible, organised and comfortable handling multiple orders and deadlines.
