Job Description
Issue and manage purchase orders accurately, track order status, and ensure on-time delivery and completeness aligned with project requirements
Coordinate with project, site and warehouse teams to ensure materials are delivered according to project requirements.
Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to achieve cost savings and reliable supply
Maintain proper purchasing records, quotations, purchase orders and supplier information.
Source and purchase construction materials, equipment, tools and services according to project requirements.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Relevant purchasing or procurement experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Good knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier management.
Detail-oriented with good follow-up and organisational skills.
Able to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
