Solid experience with JavaScript/Node.js

Familiarity with API integrations (REST and/or GraphQL)

Comfortable with, or quick to learn, low-code workflow automation tools (e.g. n8n, Zapier, Make)

Strong documentation habits — this role exists partly to reduce one-person knowledge risk, so clear write-ups and handover-ready work are expected, not optional

Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving SME team, picking up new systems independently

Preferred / Nice to Have

.NET Framework experience — directly relevant to the company's AutoCount integration work

Experience with delivery/logistics APIs (e.g. courier or fulfillment platforms)

Prior exposure to web-to-print, print MIS, or similar order management platforms

Work alongside the company's existing Automation & Infrastructure Engineer on the ongoing order-fulfillment automation programme

Take direct ownership of independent automation workstreams (e.g. delivery/logistics API integration, automated artwork preflight checks, structured intake forms) so these can progress in parallel rather than queuing behind a one engineer

Build genuine, hands-on competency in the company's core automation systems — including the internal AutoCount integration bridge — progressing toward being a capable deputy, not just an observer

Support DaboRewards technical maintenance and development

Maintain clear documentation and version-controlled code (GitHub) for everything built, so knowledge is never concentrated in one person

Provide general IT and automation support as the company's technical needs grow
