* Relevant experience in company secretarial or corporate services is preferred.

* Familiar with Companies Act 2016, SSM requirements and statutory compliance.

* Good organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.

* Able to work independently, manage deadlines and handle confidential information.

* Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.

* Handle company secretarial matters and ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016* and relevant regulations.

* Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, resolutions, minutes and company documents.

Assist with the preparation and filing of statutory forms and documents withSSM*.

* Coordinate Annual Returns, changes in company particulars, appointments/resignations of directors and other corporate filings.

* Organise and prepare documentation for Board and shareholders’ meetings.

* Provide advice and support to directors on corporate governance and compliance matters.

* Liaise with clients, directors, auditors, lawyers and relevant authorities when required.

* Ensure all company records and statutory documents are properly maintained and updated.
