Kelayakan

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project budgeting and tender preparation.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Cost Engineering, or related fields.

  • Experience in construction bidding, pricing, and commercial project management.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Glodon, and other cost estimation software.

  • Strong planning, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

Tanggungjawab

  • Prepare design estimates, construction budgets, tender documents, and quantity take-offs.

  • Prepare and maintain commercial bid documents, qualification submissions, and business databases.

  • Review project budgets, negotiate contracts, process payment claims, manage subcontractor settlements, and handle final accounts.
