Kerja Sepenuh Masa Account Senior Executive - Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 8,000 di PCH INDUSTRIES SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced accounting staff to join our team. Candidates who are able to handle full sets of accounts independently will be given priority. Candidates with basic acccounting experience (without full set account knowledge) are also welcome to apply.

This role includes daily accounting task, financially reporting, bank reconciliation, together with general office administration and operational support.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Accounting & Finance work

• Manage daily AP, AR, journal entries and bank reconciliation.
• Track company cash flow and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Process supplier payments and follow up on customer outstanding payments.
• Assist in month-end closing and year-end closing.
• Candidates who can handle full sets accounts independently are preferred.

2.General Administration & Operation Support

• Manage daily office administration, utilities and pantry supplies replenishment.
• Maintain systematic physical and digital filing for accounting and company documents.
• Assist in compamy license renewal, official letter drafting and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years accounting working experience
• Candidates with full set accounting experience will be prioritized
• No mandatory full set account experience are also welcomed
• Familiar with basic Malaysia accounting standard and SST procedures
• Detail oriented, responsible and able to work independently
• Able to handle accounting work & simply admin tasks.

Preferences

• Experience in trading / manufacturing company is an advantage
• Able to handle full set accounts independently is a plus

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
