REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement

- Experience in construction, renovation, interior design or related industry is an advantage

- Hands-on experience with SQL Accounting System is preferred

- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese/Mandarin

- Good knowledge of construction / building materials is an advantage

- Good negotiation and communication skills

- Organized, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure

- Able to manage multiple purchasing requirements and deadlines

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Purchasing / Procurement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

KEY TASK:

- Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities

- Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations

- Compare prices, negotiate with suppliers and control purchasing costs

- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (PO)

- Coordinate material deliveries with project and site teams

- Monitor outstanding orders and delivery schedules

- Verify DO, PO and supplier invoices

- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation

- Update purchasing transactions using SQL Accounting System

- Work closely with Operations, Project, QS and Accounts Departments

- Support project teams with urgent purchasing requirements
