Pre-requisition:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of working experience

Highly organized, meticulous, and capable of managing administrative workflows independently with minimal supervision.

Good presentation skills, communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation

Job Description:
Manage project documentation by organizing, filing, updating, and sharing contracts, workflows, and progress reports.

Maintain project schedules by monitoring individual tasks, tracking deadlines, and proactively flagging risks to the Project Manager.

Track project budgets by processing purchase orders, reconciling contractor invoices, and reporting cost deviations.

Facilitate team communication by acting as themain administrative liaison between project members, vendors, and stakeholders.

Enforce compliance standards by ensuring all administrative procedures meet internal company policies and industry regulations

Technical Skill Sets:
Computer software: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,Outlook)
