Responsibilities & Duties:

• Supervision of production lines, providing for a smooth and efficient operation.
• Effective communication of daily production requirement to team members.
• Preparation and performance of efficient daily shift handover.
• Compile daily output and efficiency reports for update to ERP.
• Check and maintain good housekeeping and GMP standards.
• Escalate any issues that cannot be resolved to the superintendent.
• Achieve target on output with minimum rejection rate.
• Attend to other relevant task as assigned from time to time by your supervisor.
• Verify that all production parameters set ups and procedures are consistent with standard operating procedures.
• To make sure all machines works in good order and safe to use.
• To attend breakdown of machines during production.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Shall have a minimum qualification of a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in related field.
• Hands-on experience on GMP will have an advantage.
• Computer literate.
• Good leadership, organizing and supervision skills. 
• Has good stamina and the physical capability to comfortably navigate a high-temperature, fast-paced factory environment.
• Technical background and experience in Manufacturing.
• Minimum 6 months of working experience required.
• Willingness to work on rotating rosters, including scheduled weekends.

As a Production Executive you will be the builder who turns plans into repeatable results. You will organise and scale reliable shift routines, keep machines running and safe, ensure GMP and housekeeping standards, and translate daily outputs into ERP reports so the factory meets targets with minimal rejection.

• Develop operational expertise across line supervision and shift management, gaining direct experience in running fast-moving FMCG production. This work strengthens your technical knowledge of machine upkeep and breakdown handling.
• Lead the production teams and improve daily handover processes, which builds your leadership record and prepares you for larger supervisory roles. You will practice clear communication and accountability in a real factory setting.
• Own quality control and ERP reporting tasks, which sharpens your ability to turn shop floor data into reliable performance metrics. This exposure makes you more marketable for future roles in operations and manufacturing planning.
