1. Responsible to assist Engineer/Quality Manager in preparing Quality document to submit to Client for approval /revise.

2. Responsible to prepare and assist Engineer/Quality Manager preparation and during Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM).

3. Responsible to report all deficiency during receiving inspection and manufacturing stage has been highlighted properly to related parties.

4. Responsible to ensure all in-process inspection has been performs as per Request For Inspection (RFI) received from Manufacturing stage.

5. To verify all defects that has been rectified by Supplier/Manufacturing team and update the result to related party.

6. To perform internal Final Inspection and Factory Acceptance Test prior inspection with Client.

7. To ensure all documentations prepared and available prior inspection with Client.

8. To perform Final Inspection and Function Acceptance Test with Client.

9. To ensure all reports and certificate has been reviewed and acknowledged by Client each time inspection with Client.

10. Responsible to minimize no of Punchlist during inspection with Client by immediate request to Manufacturing team to rectify minor defect commented by Client.

11. To verify, update and ensure all Punchlists has been closed prior delivery to Client except Punchlist that will be carried to site. Proper Punchlist transferred to site to record and acknowledged by Project Engineer/Representative.

12. Responsible to ensure all IRN issued/received form Client prior delivery the product.

13. Responsible for the quality inspection of daily production or process as per approved drawing datasheet.

14. Responsible to compile the hard copy and soft copy of the Quality Report in to the server and file.

15. Responsible to perform inspection/visit at external provider premises.

16. Responsible to ensure all preservation, packaging & lifting activity of product in acceptable condition prior delivery to Customer.

17. Responsible to promote the Quality awareness among team members and others department and to ensure the Quality Standard as per project requirement.

18. Responsible for the implementation of ISO procedure in work process.

19. Responsible for the solving for any customer complaint arise from quality matters.

20. Responsible to recommend and assist Engineer/Quality Manager for improvement activity for welder/brazer/technician.

21. Responsible to follow all HSE rules & regulation during perform inspection either inside or outside Company premise.

22. Any other related duties that may assign by the superior/management.

Requirements

1. Diploma in Mechanical/Quality Engineering

2. CSWIP 3.0

3. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in inspection or/and in HVAC

4. Fast learner and hard working

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Quality inspection: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CSWIP 3.0 (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
